The topics for discussion refer to aspects introduced by the new regulations, particularly Law no. 331/2015 for amending and completing certain acts on aliens’ regime, focusing on the following aspects to be carefully analyzed:

• Romania's participation at the European Asylum Support Office  and the development of the asylum policy in EU
• Material reception conditions - assistance granted to people in need of international protection; Limiting or withdrawing material reception conditions
